I think so.  Either him or Lil Wayne.  Its hard to tell tho cuz it depends on what youre talkin about.  Lyrically they are equal.  Mixtapes, they are equal.  When it comes to freestyles, Cassidy is on a whole other level;  he cant be beat.  But when it comes to selling records, Lil Wayne is unbelievable.  It all depends on what youre talkin about.
